1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the services provided by Util AlphaCompute ("we", "us", "our"), operated by Alpha Compute Technologies Private Limited, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or platform. We reserve the right to modify, change, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2. Description of Services

Util AlphaCompute operates an online payment processing interface providing users with instant access to:

• Prepaid mobile recharges & postpaid bill payments.
• DTH TV connection recharges.
• Utility bill payments including electricity, piped gas, water, broadband, and loan EMIs.

We operate as a mediator processing commands directly via authorized transaction networks and service providers in India. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any utility provider system.

3. User Accounts & Security

To access recharges and statements, you must create a secure account. You represent and warrant that the registration information you provide is accurate, truthful, and complete.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your credentials (email, passwords, sessions).
• All activities and payment executions made under your account credentials.
• Providing valid, correct operator, circle, and account identifiers for billing purposes.

4. Payments, Settlements & Refunds

All payments are processed securely. Once a recharge command is dispatched to the carrier/utility provider network and receives "Approved" confirmation, the transaction is final and cannot be reversed or canceled.

5. Limitation of Liability

Util AlphaCompute operates as-is. We explicitly disclaim all representations or warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to compatibility, speed, or accuracy of operator processing structures.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

• Incorrect target identifiers, consumer numbers, or mobile numbers submitted by the user.
• Failures or delay in payment dispatch on account of carrier service outage.
• Unauthorized usage of your account credentials.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to principles of conflict of laws.

Any legal action, suit, or claim arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
